We are seeking to hire an excavator operator for our team. Experience is required, and CDL license is preferred, As well as a clean driving record. Day-to-day operations consist of excavating around live utilities, excavating ditches in new construction projects within confines of form boards or block foundations, digging on grade, tapping sewer mains and also tying into sewer stubs provided in new construction areas, excavating water service lines from the meter to the building, as well as minor utility installation. Operator will need to be able to drive a 1 ton truck and pull at 25’ trailer and excavator, and able to utilize safe hauling and loading/unloading skills. You will be working closely with our plumbers and teamwork, flexibility and safety are a priority for our team.

We provide on-site training for all apprentices. The State Department of Health requires a four year school program before an apprentice can be eligible to become a licensed Journeyman Plumber. We require that all apprentices pay for their own school; however we can advance the dues for a semester and withhold a weekly amount from payroll. As a plus, if an apprentice works with us for a year after receiving their license, we will reimburse them all the dues they incurred while employed with our company as a benefit for loyalty.

Shop organization and upkeep are essential to consistent productivity with our field personnel. These positions can expect to handle receiving all work orders, preparing staging areas for job pulls, unloading delivery trucks, and stocking inventory. Must be physically able to lift heavy loads.

We wanted to create a path for High School Students or an Individual who wanted to test the waters to see if they were a fit for a trade that could develop into a career. By starting in our internship, the basics of fitting knowledge, pipe, and components necessary for a project are instilled and opportunities are made for field work when available.
